If you wish to change your appointment or cancel, you need to notify us 72 hours in advance otherwise no refund will be given. If we cannot provide the service at the booking time due to any issues on our side, a full refund will be given.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the booking is suitable for your needs. Our doctors can only make a relevant medical decision if you have supplied us with correct information. Also, it is your responsibility to ask any questions during your consultation otherwise you may need to re-book with us.
Please note, we do not decide who passes or fails the medical. All information collated is matched against the DVLA standards. If you fail, we have not control or say over this.
